Wizards of the Coast has a new patent... on constructible strategy games. I don't know if it affect Wizkids' Pirates of the Caribbean game (or even the NASCAR constructible game)

Supposedly it was based on their 'Punch Bots' game, but I've never heard of this. Anyone know anything about it, please let me know.
